THE MEJI Story
Founded in 2021, Meji (translated to ‘two’ in Yoruba) was born out of the shared struggle of balancing busy
lifestyles with the cravings for traditional West African
dishes. With time often being a limited resource,
spending hours cooking traditional meals often felt like an unaffordable luxury.
We set out to create a solution that would bring the taste of home to our tables without breaking the bank or requiring hours in the kitchen, and thus, MEJI Foods was born, making it easier to enjoy the rich flavours of West African cuisine without spending the time or the money.
